Founded by Champlain in 1607, is still one of the largest privately held islands along the coast of Maine. The Bartlett’s Island panel bed was based on the arched entryway in the original Bartlett’s Mansion. It features generous carved posts and a graceful fireplace mantel top with a unique carved crown design.
